Human Physics Group is a relational education and growth ecosystem for couples, families, practitioners, and communities.
We create workshops, programs, retreats, training pathways, and relational experiences that help people practice the skills of connection, repair, presence, and growth.
This is the home base for the wider HPG ecosystem, including Rewriting the Rules, Foundations, Today’s Family Training, Synergy, Relational Presence, HPG Residency, Heartistry, and our connection to RLT Marriage Counselling.
Relationship growth needs more than information
Most people do not struggle in relationships because they lack opinions, podcasts, books, or good intentions.
They struggle because knowing better and practicing better are two different things.
Human Physics Group exists to create practical spaces where people can slow down, learn, practice, reflect, and grow in real time. Our work is relational, experiential, grounded, and honest. We focus on the skills people need when connection matters and old patterns are no longer working.
HPG is not a general counselling site. It is the parent ecosystem for relational learning, workshops, retreats, practitioner development, and community-based growth.
When clinical couples repair or deeper therapeutic support is needed, we connect visitors to RLT Marriage Counselling.

RLT Marriage Counselling
RLT Marriage Counselling is the clinical relational repair arm of the ecosystem. It supports couples working through conflict, disconnection, repair, trust, crisis, and deeper relational patterns.

Heartistry
Heartistry is the embodiment and healing arts branch of the ecosystem. This work connects to somatic practice, ritual, breathwork, women’s work, feminine healing, relationship to self, inner healing, groups, workshops, and retreats.
Heartistry supports the personal and embodied side of relational growth.

HPG Programs
HPG programs help couples and families build skills before, during, and after major relational transitions.
Rewriting the Rules is our signature couples workshop.
Foundations supports premarital couples, beginning commitments, recommitments, and couples preparing for a more intentional future.
Today’s Family Training supports stepfamily and blended family education.
Synergy offers ongoing practice, integration, and community after key HPG programs.
These programs are educational and experiential. They are not a replacement for therapy, and they are not built as crisis intensives.
Retreats
HPG retreats are designed for deeper integration, reflection, and relational presence.
Relational Presence is the working name for our next-level couples retreat pathway. It is intended for couples who have already completed Rewriting the Rules, Foundations, or Today’s Family Training and are ready for a deeper shared experience.
Future retreat offerings may include destination-based gatherings, embodied practice, ritual, relational skill integration, and spacious time for couples to reconnect with self, partner, and community.

HPG Residency
HPG Residency supports developing relational coaches as they train, practice, receive mentoring, and work toward Relational Life Therapy Coach certification through the Relational Life Institute.
Resident Coaches are part of the Human Physics Group training and development pathway. They are not full RLT Marriage Counselling associates.
The residency pathway helps expand access to relational support while maintaining a clear structure for learning, supervision, accountability, and growth.
